If you are unable to open a gallery in Internet Explorer, the security settings in your browser may be too high.
To rectify this, open Internet Explorer and click on TOOLS. Click on INTERNET OPTIONS and then SECURITY. You will see a slider marked ‘SECURITY SETTINGS FOR THIS ZONE’. Set this to MEDIUM and click APPLY followed by OK.
